Outdoor Living Southeast is growing fast, and we’re looking for a Production Manager who can lead multiple crews, streamline daily operations, and keep projects running smoothly. If you’re organized, reliable, and great at leading people — you’ll thrive here.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee daily field operations for maintenance, irrigation, and enhancement crews
- Plan routes, labor assignments, and job schedules
- Monitor job progress, quality, and safety throughout the day
- Coach, support, and hold crew leaders accountable
- Track production metrics (labor hours, job costs, efficiency)
- Approve timesheets and review daily reports
- Coordinate with the mechanic/shop manager on equipment needs
- Maintain accountability of tools, equipment, and assets

- Leadership experience in landscaping, construction, or similar field
- Strong communication and team-management skills
- Ability to stay organized and handle a fast-paced workload
- Comfortable solving problems and making decisions
